Wondering how people somehow manage to ruin such a fabulous invention like Email? Here are 7 irritating email habits to stay away from!
There are very few communications tools that give you as much coverage and contact as e-mail. Quick and easy, unfortunately, most people tend to pick up bad email habits that can drive their friends and co-workers crazy.

Given below are seven e-mail habits that can be annoying:
1. Using SMS Lingo
As it’s an email, not an SMS, so do not use SMS lingo. Spending a considerable time on trying to make sense what you’re trying to say is nobody’s idea of fun.

2. Sending Forwarded Messages
If you have a habit of forwarding all of those incessant spamming with ridiculous quizzes and spooky forwards, then stop doing so.
3. Ugly Fat Fonts
No one thinks getting emails in these is artistic. Using big fonts or highlighting or coloring your text puts one in a tasteless category and such emails are not taken seriously.
4. Sending Heavy Emails
Another irritating habit is when people email with dozens of heavy attachments that takes whole day to download. Isn’t one aware of zipped files?
5. Ending With An Annoying Tagline
Stop trying so hard to sound witty or cool or whatever you have in your mind. You fail to make an impression by ending your emails with a tagline.
6. The Email War
This happens when two people who are adamant on arguing on a group email and the rest of the group keeps getting an update every two minutes. This can be real annoying.
7. Not Using BCC Field
When people send mass e-mails about some good cause or the other, they don’t tend to use the BCC field to enter e-mail ids. This is important as people don’t want their email addresses to go in hands of some creepy guys on the web.
